{"id":1066,"date":"2021-09-23T14:22:29","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T13:22:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.societelumiere.com\/en\/?p=1066"},"modified":"2021-09-23T14:23:13","modified_gmt":"2021-09-23T13:23:13","slug":"the-nautilus-room-solo-show-w-helene-delprat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.societelumiere.com\/en\/2021\/09\/23\/the-nautilus-room-solo-show-w-helene-delprat\/","title":{"rendered":"THE NAUTILUS ROOM &#8211; SOLO SHOW W  &#8211; H\u00e9l\u00e8ne DELPRAT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/galeriegaillard.ovr.arteia.com\/\">Galerie Christophe Gaillard<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/galeriegaillard.com\/artists\/117-helene-delprat\/\">H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Delprat<\/a> called on the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re for the project presented at ART BASEL 2021.<br>The 4 light boxes constitute the central part of the installation <a href=\"https:\/\/galeriegaillard.com\/art-fairs\/67\/works\/artworks-20993-helene-delprat-the-nautilus-room-2021\/\">The Nautilus Room<\/a> &#8211; a Triptych and a box &#8220;The Sphinx&#8221; facing it.<br>The dimensions of the images prohibited us from using photographic support as Duratrans (Kodak) so we have chosen to print directly on plexiglass. We printed images that are 305 x 204,3 cm ! Images are backlit with approximately 30 000 Led.
